Regarding the previous blog, as far as I am aware the incident went unreported in the press-Why? There were lots of press present-and it certainly was a public interest and valid point!
In fact at the time copies of what was handed to the judge were made available, but later when I attempted to give a copy to the lady from the Press Association who witnessed the incident, she said-
“If you come near me I will phone the police!"
To which I responded “You’re a good reporter aren’t you!”

It wasn't reported because it was a stunt with no relevance to the trial.
No matter how fervently you believe that Max Mosley must be culpabale for tobacco-related disease, no evidence for this was produced at the trial (or indeed anywhere else) to support your belief.
It is certainly credible that Bernie Ecclestone lobbied politicians both in Britain and in Europe to allow a slower phasing out of tobacco advertising in Formula One, but your allegation that this was a criminal conspiracy rather than normal practice in a pluralist democracy is unsubstantiated.
Finally, there is no longer any tobacco advertising in Formula One, so it's not as if the dastardly conspiracy of your allegations is an ongoing concern.

Regarding the accusation I made of “Abuse of Process” the relevance of holocaust greatly outweighs that of privacy!
The papers handed to the judge Eady and what I said were sufficient to prove Murdoch’s and Mosley’s involvement in this holocaust!
The court turning a blind eye to the crime of holocaust whilst progressing their privacy rights is an abuse of process; also unless the court seeks an effective remedy to this ongoing holocaust they become party to the crime!

“Sky 450 films a week”. (Murdoch is putting out 450 films a week aprox 80% promote smoking enticing children via role models etc. into the tobacco holocaust.)
The holocaust is ongoing and forecast to kill 1 billion people this century! (That’s more than 15 times greater than the total war dead of the entire 20th century!)
