BACKGROUND

The appointment of Fabio Capello as Englandʼs new football manager is highly controversial given his connections with Sylvio Berlusconi and Berlusconiʼs connections with the Mafia, the DCMS, Tessa Jowell, Tessa Jowellʼs husband, Tony Blair and the numerous court actions and the seriousness of the allegations against him.



At present Tessa Jowellʼs husband -David Mills, Fabio Capello, and Sylvio Berlusconi all face corruption related charges which carry long prison sentences.



Capelloʼs previous Juventus club was involved with match rigging and of recent Capello may face a long prison sentence for his involvement.



The Press and the F.A. come under the authority of the DCMS (Dept. of Media Culture & Sport). Tessa Jowell was the minister of the DCMS and was one of the defendants regarding a High Court Action that I took to stop actors smoking in films enticing children into the tobacco holocaust, (the W.H.O. forecast one billion deaths this century) see post Injunction to Stop Onscreen Smoking.



Tessa Jowellʼs ministry DCMS has had controversial Co-Production Film Contracts with Sylvio Berlusconi, these contracts entitle third parties such as the tobacco industry to inject money into films which promote smoking (via actors smoking) and remain anonymous. Tony Blair goes on holiday with Sylvio Berlusconi and David Mills is employed by Sylvio Berlusconi, he masterminded his offshore film and financial empire. Tony, David & Tessa were also central in the Bernie Ecclestone affair which was responsible for the destruction of Directive 98/43/EC which was to ban all forms of tobacco advertising and promotion.(google- Tobacco Industry Attempts to Subvert European Union Tobacco Advertising Legislation)(Tobacco lobby targeted Blair as 'smoker friendly')

THE ARREST

Stuart Holmes (Anti smoking campaigner) goes on trial on Wednesday 11th June 10:00am 2008. At the City of Westminster Magistrates Court (70 Horseferry Rd SW1 P2AX)

He is charged with disorderly behaviour likely to cause harassment alarm and distress. He was speaking on a Soap Box outside the Football Association (14 December 2007) at the announcement of Fabio Capelloʼs appointment as Englandʼs new football manager.

He was exposing links between Sylvio Berlusconi, The Mafia, Tessa Jowell, David Mills, Tony Blair, Fabio Capello, actorʼs enticing children into tobacco addiction. Etc. and was referencing papers from a High Court Action (to stop actors smoking in films) he took Against the Attorney General, Tessa Jowell and the Met. Police commissioner (Which the police confiscated on arrest). The F.A. has destroyed their CCTV video after he had requested it as evidence. (it would have captured the entire event.)

The Football Association and the police accuse him of harassment, causing alarm and distress, aggression, intimidation, threats, abuse and insults. Holmes is pleading not guilty.
